1. General Refund Policy
At UNO SAI GROUP, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Due to the custom nature of our printing and digital services, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
2. Digital Services & Development
Refunds for web development, app development, and digital marketing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once work has commenced and resources have been allocated, any deposits are typically non-refundable to cover the cost of labor already invested. If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund minus any transaction fees may be issued.
3. Printing & Physical Products
For custom printing services, we provide digital or physical proofs for your approval. If an error is made on our part (e.g., wrong material, incorrect sizing compared to the approved proof, print quality defects), we will reprint the order at no additional cost or offer a partial refund. We cannot issue refunds for errors (such as typos or color discrepancies) that were present in the client-approved proofs.
4. Cancellation Process
Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. Once a job enters the production or development phase, full refunds are not possible. To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately.
